Prof. Dr.-Ing. Bernhard Weller ist Direktor des Instituts für Baukonstruktionen der Fakultät Bauingenieurwesen an der Technischen Universität Dresden. Er ist Veranstalter der jährlichen Glasbau-Tagung in Dresden.

Dr.-Ing. Silke Tasche ist Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Institut für Baukonstruktionen der Fakultät Bauingenieurwesen an der TU Dresden.
