Steel Construction is now included in Scopus

We are very pleased to announce that our journal “Steel Construction” has been evaluated and accepted for inclusion in Scopus. Being indexed in the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed is a great achievement for us as well as an assurance of the quality of the journal for the scientific community.

Scopus includes titles from more than 5,000 publishers worldwide and ensures a comprehensive overview of the world ́s research output in different fields. “Steel Construction” met both the qualitative and quantitative criteria to be admitted in this global database, such as having a peer-reviewed content, being published on a regular basis and offering relevant content for an international audience.

As part of the database, “Steel Construction” also benefits from the CiteScore metrics, which Scopus have been developed in the last years and reveal the citation impact of the journal. They are free to access and offer to the community an overview if the journal ́s performance.
