Gerhard Hanswille - 60th Anniversary

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Gerhard Hanswille is highly estimated by his colleagues. So much so that they initiated a Festschrift in his honour: Some of these excellent contributions have been published in a special issue of Stahlbau (Steel Construction).

In an extensive laudation by Ingbert Mangerig it becomes clear that  Gerhard Hanswille has made a name for himself in a quite diverse manner – as professor, scientist and expert in steel construction; a diversity that is reflected in the composition of this issue.
