Abstract: | Im Rahmen eines europäischen Projekts wurden Verbundträger mit Obergurten aus Profilblechen mit Stahlbeton untersucht. Unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen führen die momentan gültigen Regeln in Eurocode 4 für den Mindestverdübelungsgrad dieser Träger zu einer unwirtschaftlichen Bemessung, besonders unter Verwendung moderner Trapezprofilbleche. Des Weiteren ist die Verdübelung durch den Sickenabstand der Profilbleche begrenzt. Um das realistische Verhalten von Verbundträgern mit niedrigem Verdübelungsgrad zu untersuchen, wurde eine umfassende Studie mit Versuchen an Push-out-Prüfkörpern sowie Biegeträgern durchgeführt. Die mit Hilfe dieser Versuche neu gewonnenen Erkenntnisse sollen zu neuen Regeln für die Mindestverdübelung und die Kopfbolzentragfähigkeit bei Anwendung mit Profilblechen führen. Influence of the degree of shear connection on the load-bearing behaviour of composite beams with additional profiled steel decking. In the frame of a European research project, composite beams with additional profiled steel decking were investigated. Under certain conditions, current rules of Eurocode 4 lead to inefficient dimensions of composite beams especially in view of the minimum degree of shear connection, above all when using modern profiled steel decking. Furthermore, the connection of steel beam and concrete slab is limited by the rib distance of the steel decking profiles. To investigate the realistic behaviour of composite beams with low degrees of shear connection, a comprehensive study on push-out specimens and short composite beams was carried out. New findings gained by these tests should lead to new rules for the minimum degree of shear connection and for the load-bearing capacity of headed studs in combination with additional profiled steel decking. |
