Abstract: | Weitgespannte Förderbandbrücken werden in unzugänglichem Gelände für die Schüttgutförderung eingesetzt. Weil Förderbandbrücken aus Stahl mit sehr kleiner Dämpfung gebaut sind und große freie Längen aufweisen, sind diese schwingungsanfällig. Wegen ihrer unterschiedlichen Spannweiten und zeitlich veränderlicher Schüttgutmenge variieren ihre Modalparameter. Deshalb wird hier die Entwicklung eines aktiv geregelten Schwingungstilgers beschrieben. Actively controlled vibration absorbers for long span belt conveyor bridges. Belt conveyor bridges with big free spans are used for the bulk material transportation if the site is difficult to access. Due to their steel construction with low inherent damping and their long free spans, belt conveyor bridges are prone to vibrations. Their modal parameters vary because of their different free lengths and time varying payload. This article therefore describes the development of an actively controlled vibration absorber. |
