Abstract:	Viele Gebäude müssen im Zuge von Erhaltungs- und Umnutzungsmaßnahmen z. B. mit Stahlbauteilen konstruktiv gesichert und verstärkt werden. Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass solche Stahlbauteile oft den vom Tragwerkplaner vorgegebenen Spannungszustand nicht aufrechterhalten können. Darüber hinaus können u. a. temperaturbedingte oder sonstige dynamische Beanspruchungen zu extremen Spannungsspitzen im lasteinleitenden Bereich führen. An einer Kirche im Rheinland sind aus diesem Grunde an zur Sicherung des Gewölbemauerwerkes nachträglich eingebauten Spannankern zusätzlich neu entwickelte Spannkraftregler eingebaut und über einen längeren Zeitraum hinsichtlich ihrer Wirkung untersucht worden. In the course of conservation and conversion measures many buildings have to be secured and reinforced structurally e.g. with steelwork components. Research has shown that such steelwork components often cannot maintain the structural engineer's stress state target. Furthermore, temperature related or other dynamic loads can lead among others to extreme stress peaks in the loadbearing area. This is the reason why newly developed tensioning force controllers were additionally installed on tensioning anchors retrofitted to secure the vaulting masonry at a church in the Rhineland and the effect was evaluated over an extended period.
