Light-weight reinforced concrete structures with large spans The opened and transparent construction of the Centre for Virtual Engineering required the application auf light-weight structures with large spans. In the beginning the draft requirements are shown from the architect's viewpoint. Afterwards the steps from the architectural to the structural concept are described. In detail they dwell on the engineer's experience with the applied light-weight constructions. |
