Abstract:	Für Ziegel als Baustoff wird mit Wohlbefinden, Komfortklima und Nachhaltigkeit geworben. Beim derzeitigen Aufschwung von Niedrigenergie- und Passivhausprojekten macht es Sinn, subjektiv wahrnehmbare Wohneigenschaften mittels Evaluation zu testen. Bisherige Ergebnisse aus Österreich zeigen, dass Wohnentscheidungen für großvolumige Niedrigenergie-Wohnformen von Lage und Objekteigenschaften, aber kaum von der Energieeinsparung abhängen. Im Folgenden wird über eine Salzburger Wohnhausanlage in Ziegelbauweise nach Niedrigenergie-Standard berichtet, die mit Tagebüchern, Datenloggern und CO2-Messgerät evaluiert wurde. Der thermisch-hygrische Komfort der Ziegelhauswohnungen erschien dabei objektiv wie subjektiv sehr gut; die Luftqualität variierte je nach Familiengröße und Lebensstil. In the present boom of low-energy and passive housing projects it makes sense to test subjective, perceptible housing attributes via evaluation. Results from Austria show that housing decisions for large-volume low energy housing forms focus on site and object qualities, not on energy saving. The following report is on a Salzburg City (Austria) clay brick housing estate with low-energy standard which was evaluated via user diaries, data logger and with a carbon dioxide measuring instrument. The thermal and hygrometric comfort of the brick apartments was very good according to measurements and diaries; the air quality varied due to family size and life-style.
