Abstract:	Es werden allgemeine Symmetriedefinitionen und -axiome und die Eigenschaften symmetrischer Tragwerke unter besonderer Berücksichtigung zyklischer Symmetrie besprochen. Für aus Pendelbalken oder ebenen Pendelrahmen zusammengesetzte Ring- und Rostrahmen werden Formeln der massgebenden Schnittkräfte, Knicklasten und Schwingzeiten hergeleitet.
