Abstract:	Welche Rolle der Mauerwerksbau angesichts kontinuierlich steigender Anforderungen an die Energieeffizienz von Gebäuden spielen kann, wird anhand einer Übersicht der verfügbaren Materialien und Konstruktionen gezeigt. Aus der Vielzahl gelungener Lösungen einer nachhaltigen Architektur werden exemplarisch drei Projekte vorgestellt.
