Abstract:	Das Erneuerbare-Energien-Wärmegesetz kann nur dann die Erwartungen an die Klimaschutz-Wirkung erfüllen, wenn in der Energieeinsparverordnung 2009 die Ansprüche an den Wärmeschutz gegenüber dem bisherigen Entwurf erheblich verstärkt werden. Es wird vorgeschlagen, die Nebenanforderung spezifischer Transmissionswärmeverlust durch die Nebenanforderung Jahres-Heizwärmebedarf zu ersetzen.
