Abstract:	Zur europäischen Porenbetonsteinnorm liegt die deutsche Fassung DIN EN 771-4: Festlegungen für Mauersteine - Teil 4: Porenbetonsteine als Ausgabe Mai 2005 vor. Nach dieser Norm hergestellte Bauprodukte aus Porenbeton, die aus EU-Mitgliedsstaaten grenzüberschreitend gehandelt und in Verkehr gebracht werden, sind mit einem CE-Kennzeichen zu versehen, anhand dessen die Leistungskennwerte der Porenbeton-Produkte erkennbar sind. Dabei darf das CE-Zeichen jedoch nicht mit einem Qualitätszeichen verwechselt werden. Mit der CE-Kennzeichnung dokumentiert der Hersteller lediglich die Konformität zum harmonisierten Teil der europäischen Mauersteinnorm EN 771-4.
