Abstract:	Der obere Abschluß des Steinbaus der Frauenkirche wird wie bei vielen anderen Kirchen von einer Laterne gebildet. Filigran krönt sie das Kirchbauwerk. Die Laterne trägt das hölzerne Laternendach und das Turmkreuz. Gemeinsam mit diesen beiden Bauteilen weist sie mit ca. 30 m eine Höhe auf, die eine baurechtliche Einordnung als Hochhaus erfordern würde.
