| Abstract: | Mitte der 80er Jahre hatte ich die Idee eines Energiepasses für Gebäude formuliert, der dann mit Unterstützung des Gesamtverbandes Dämmstoffindustrie und einer großen technisch-wissenschaftlichen Leistung der Professoren Hauser und Hausladen realisiert wurde. Daß wir damals mit gezielter Informationsarbeit in Brüssel den Energiebedarfsausweis für Gebäude 1993 auch in die erste SAVE-Richtline der EU einbauen konnten, ist in Deutschland eigentlich bis heute kaum beachtet worden. Die SAVE-Richtlinie der EU ist die Richtlinie 93/76/EWG der Europäischen Kommission zur Begrenzung der Kohlendioxid-Emission durch eine effiziente Energienutzung. Im neuesten "Aktionsplan zur Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft" wird der Energieausweis von Gebäuden als von allen Mitgliedsstaaten zu verschärfende Aktion erneut festgeschrieben. Vorgelegt wurde dieser Aktionsplan von der Kommission der Europäischen Gemeinschaften am 26.4.2000. |
